What areas you cover?We cover all areas in Southampton including Fair Oak, Eastleigh, Chandler’s Ford, Sarisbury Green, Hedge End, Botley, Woolston, Sholing, Maybush, Chilworth, North Baddesley, Netley, Romsey, Portswood and Totton. We also work in Winchester. If your home is not located in any of the places above, you can always get in touch and we will do our best to help you out.

What are your working hours?Our working hours from 9am to 6pm Monday-Saturday. However, if required, we can accommodate any service outside of our working hours as long as we are aware of it in advance.

Can I meet my cleaner in advance?Yes. You just need to get in touch with your request.

What happens if my cleaner is sick and can’t attend?We will provide a highly qualified replacement if your cleaner is unavailable for any reason. If you prefer to wait until your cleaner is available, we can reschedule your booking at no extra charge.

Do you do evening or weekend cleanings?Only if requested and agreed in advance.

I have an urgent job, can you do it?Yes, we provide Emergency cleaning service. Contact us as soon as possible.

Do I need to be at home during cleaning?No, as long as we have access to the property. We can arrange a collection of the key or agree on a safe place to get it from.

Do I need to supply cleaning products and equipment?We can provide cleaning tools and products. However, we understand that some clients prefer using their own, which is not an issue at all. Please let us know your preferences in advance.

Will I always have the same cleaner?It’s preferable to keep the same cleaner for your property. However, if needed we can arrange a replacement.

Are your cleaners trained?All cleaners are trained to a high standard.

Can I change my cleaner, if not satisfied?Communication is a key for success. In case, you are not satisfied with your cleaner, please talk to them first. If it doesn’t help with your issue, get in touch with the management and we will find the best solution for you as long as we are aware of your concerns.

Do you guarantee to get rid of every carpet stain?As much as we would love to, there are some stains and marks that simply cannot be removed. Rest assured that if we can’t, no one else will.

How long does it take to clean my carpet?As always, it depends on how many carpets we are cleaning and how big the rooms are. An average sized carpet will usually take between 30 and 60 minutes to clean.

How to dry a carpet?We recommend to allow several hours of drying time before walking on the carpet again. Walking on the carpet, while it is still wet could result in footprints showing later on. Synthetic carpets left to dry naturally dries between 3 to 6 hours. Heavier and more absorbent textiles, such as wool, take a little longer – between 4 to 8 hours. Tip: A fan or dehumidifier or turning the central heating on can speed the process.
